Accessibility Statement

Xplore Group is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are constantly improving the user experience for everyone and strive to apply the relevant accessibility standards to our website, www.xploregroup.be .

This accessibility statement applies to the Xplore Group website and was last updated on November 10th, 2025.

How we handle accessibility at Xplore Group

Our team receives regular training on web accessibility from certified experts from the IAAP (International Association of Accessibility professionals) so they can design and create accessible digital products.

Apart from training our team, we regularly test our website automatically and manually to ensure everyone can use our website. When accessibility barriers are noticed, we take up these challenges as soon as possible and update this accessibility statement accordingly.

Current accessibility status of the website

Our latest manual in-depth audit showed that our website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility guidelines version 2.2 level AA.

What can you do on our website?

  • Check out our services
  • Read about our latest work and insights
  • Learn more about Xplore Group
  • Apply and check our vacancies in the job section (with some challenges in the forms)
  • Contact us for example via the contact forms (with some challenges in the form)
  • Send us an RFI (with some challenges in the form)

Content that isn't 100% accessible

While not completely impossible to use, we did find that some content may not be 100% according to standards:

  • When filling in forms on for example to contact us or send an RFP/RFI:
    • Autocomplete attributes are still missing for some input fields like name and first name. Making it a bit more challenging to fill in our contact form, but not impossible.
    • The lower contrast difference of for example focused fields aren’t always that great. Leading to a keyboard user maybe not knowing what item was focused.
    • Not all input elements have the correct input type.
  • Wanting to change cookie settings after already accepting or denying them through the overlay:
    • Not all images have a good alternative text, leading to you not always knowing what was accepted and what wasn’t.
    • If the screen is zoomed in, bottom buttons to change these cookies settings may not be usable anymore.
    • If spacing is changes, the cookie policy doesn’t always show the space change inside the screen.
  • There is an animation inside the footer that loops constantly and isn’t able to pause via a mechanism other than using the reduced motion settings.
  • Not all images have a correct alt making it a bit harder to navigate content, but not impossible.
  • Anchor links don’t always work correctly for a keyboard user making it a bit harder to navigate content, but not impossible.
  • On the cookie policy page, the content may not be completely visible if:
    • You zoom into the page
    • You change the text spacing
  • Not all headings are correctly presented, making it a bit harder to navigate the content, but not impossible.
  • Some content may be presented in the wrong language due to the recent content changes.
  • Not all items have the best color contrast making it a bit harder to navigate.
  • Sometimes focus order isn’t 100% logical, making it a bit harder to navigate.

As alternatives for this content, you can:

  • Contact us via mail or phone instead of filling in the forms
  • Use the cookie settings overlay via Change your cookies instead of the overlay button
  • Use the reduced motion setting of your system to make sure that animations don’t start or keep looping.
  • Or contact us if specific information is needed.
