The challenge: you can show the product, but not the house
Belisol has been selling windows and doors for years. This is often done at the kitchen table at the customer's home, with a sample book and a configurator. This allows you to see perfectly what a door or window looks like. You don't see how it fits into your own façade. The customer had to fill that in himself, in his head, and that is precisely where doubt arises with a purchase that you do not make every year.
Belisol wanted to close that gap. The idea: a salesman takes a photo of the house on the spot and immediately shows an impression with products from its own range.
The approach: a tool that fits into the sales conversation
Competence center Buzzworks built a tool that starts from how a salesperson works. He registers, uploads photos of the house and indicates the windows and doors that are being replaced. Then he chooses the new product: for a door the model, the color and a handle or puller, for windows there is also the layout and cross-timbers, per window or for a whole group at the same time. Via a free prompt field, he can also take the rest of the renovation, such as a new façade, different roof tiles or even a tree.
That configuration goes to an AI pipeline that is specifically tailored to Belisol's product range. The result is returned to the tool, automatically forwarded to the ERP and can be downloaded by the salesperson.
The real added value lies in the credibility of the image. Therefore, the system first detects where the windows and doors are and the AI stays within those zones. If there are bushes or a car in the way, a proprietary algorithm processes the visible part correctly and the reflections in the original glass are preserved. They are details, but they make the difference between a render and a photo.
The process did not run in a straight line. Belisol had to be split up into a Dutch division and a Belgian division. The architecture was therefore broken down, with its own structure of authentication and authorization for each environment. Due to a global scarcity of serverless GPUs, the system also runs on dedicated hardware. And the pipeline itself was rebuilt several times, until the quality was right.

The result: three environments, one tool
At the beginning of July 2026, Belisol Netherlands went live, followed by Belisol Belgium at the end of August. All predetermined features have been realized. What the customer used to have to fill in himself is now on the screen, in the middle of the sales conversation.
More than windows and doors
Belisol is not the only company that sells products that you can only really assess in your own home. Think of floors, tiles, wallpaper, paint, facing bricks or a patio roof. There, too, a sample or catalogue photo shows the product, but not the end result at your home. The same approach brings that image to the sales conversation itself.
