Data Engineers Ecommerce

• Is passionate about high-quality Data Science and Big Data solutions
• Has experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Scala, and/or Python
• Has a solid foundation in SQL. Knowledge of NoSQL databases is considered a plus
• Develops Big Data applications primarily using the Apache Hadoop or Apache Spark platform. Knowledge of these frameworks is therefore considered a plus.
• Hive, Flink, Kafka, R, AWS, and streaming data—it all rings a bell!
• Has an analytical and critical mindset
• Communication is essential. You will collaborate with a team of data scientists, developers, architects, analysts, project managers, and others

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in an IT-oriented field

• The more complex the problem, the better! You're not afraid to devise creative solutions
• As a Data Engineer, no two projects are the same, and that's how you enjoy it
• There are no problems, only challenges, and you constantly search for the solution to every challenge
• Not all written code is the same – you strive for quality!
• You're a team player
• You understand that many hands make light work
• Within all of this, you're customer-focused and don't like half measures
• In addition to Dutch, you are also fluent in English
