Dreambaby: A future-proof, integrated ecommerce platform

Dreambaby, the Belgian market leader in baby products, wanted to renew its digital experience and make it more in line with what modern parents expect. The traditional birth list was completely reinvented. Integrating it directly into the webshop creates one smooth experience, both for parents who are compiling their list and for family and friends who want to donate.

Parents can easily compile their list online, family and friends can easily donate products or amounts. All contributions automatically end up in a digital baby wallet, which parents can use both online and in the store.

The new webshop was built on Shopify Plus, linked to Odoo for logistics and back-office processes. The result is a modern, fast and intuitive platform with real-time information about products, stock and donations.

Birth lists that live entirely in the webshop

We developed a fully customized solution that allows parents to easily create, manage and share their list. Donors can easily choose a gift or contribution, without a separate environment or confusion.

Discounts and promotions immediately visible

During checkout, promotions and discounts are calculated immediately via Odoo – without reloading pages. This ensures a smooth, transparent checkout and fewer errors.

A loyalty program that works by itself

The Dreambaby Family program, with a 10% member discount, additional benefits and the digital Dreamwallet, is applied fully automatically. Everything is in sync between Shopify and Odoo, both online and in the stores.

Always up-to-date store stock

Thanks to a real-time link with Odoo, customers can immediately see whether a product is available in a specific store. This prevents disappointments and stimulates store visits.
