As an established name in the beverage industry, Prik&Tik serves a wide range of business customers. But despite their strong reputation, the digital ordering process via the B2B portal was no longer in line with their customers' expectations.

The existing system turned out not to be user-friendly enough: customers struggled to find the right products quickly, inventory data was often outdated, and the checkout process was unnecessarily cumbersome. To support their growth and offer their customers a smoother ordering experience, Prik&Tik decided to take a thorough look at the digital B2B platform.

The solution: a modern and efficient B2B platform in Magento 2

In collaboration with competence center eWings, a future-oriented solution was chosen: the implementation of a new B2B portal built on Magento 2, fully tailored to the needs of business customers.

The result is a high-performance and user-friendly platform in which speed, transparency and efficiency are central. Thanks to an optimized search function, up-to-date stock information and a simplified checkout process, customers can now complete their orders much faster and with less effort.

The new platform also makes a world of difference internally. The integration with D365 Business Central ensures an automatic flow of orders to the warehouse and provides employees with a real-time overview of the stock. As a result, both order processing and customer communication are a lot more efficient.
