With 12 offices spread across 5 countries, we offer each of our clients a local partnership and a personal approach.
Our competence centers get all the freedom and support they need to develop and grow. Each competence center has its own unique culture. So there is something for everyone. We do not work with a top down hierarchy, we believe in stimulating entrepreneurship and are open to everyone’s ideas. All these personalities and cultures create legendary after-work activities such as a fun BBQ or a sporty padel match where there is also room to exchange ideas and learn from each other.

No two days are the same when you work at Xplore Group. Each competence center has different customers with different assignments, which makes your job very diverse.
A good balance between your private and work life is very important. To assist our Xplorers at this, hybrid work is certainly possible. In addition, Xplore Group has several offices across Belgium, making it possible to work from different locations.
