Roularta Media Group is an international multimedia group and a market leader in magazines in Belgium. To be able to grow their e-commerce, Roularta needed a partner to help them structure and organise their platforms in a more efficient and streamlined way with Shopify Plus.

As part of their commitment to continuously improving their customer service, CASA wanted to centralize all of their data and processes onto one platform to provide customers with a seamless online and in-store experience. They also wanted to better understand and connect with their customers, which they hope to do by introducing a loyalty program with a digital savings card.

Legio Group is the organisation behind the bathroom specialist X²O and the garden furniture shop Exterioo (formerly known as Overstock). As an umbrella organisation, they support the 65 stores in Belgium and the Netherlands and want to offer their customers perfect service, both offline and online. They asked Xplore Group to revamp their online store.
