To PIM or not to PIM: of course! Choose a shorter time-to-market

Thanks to the PIM system that Xplore Group implemented, Alpheios is able to provide better information to its customers, based on rich productdata. 

Alpheios is one of the biggest suppliers of professional cleaning products, systems and strategies in the Benelux. The company offers a wide range of products, turning product data management quite a challenge. To streamline that process, Alpheios implemented a PIM (Product Information Management) solution, only to encounter even more challenges.


Alpheios called on Xplore Group to migrate the PIM solution to the cloud. But since the original set-up was not exactly what Alpheios had hoped for, the company requested a new implementation that would need all business requirements.


Xplore Group assessed the existing application structure and business flow. The discovery phase led to a blueprint for the new implementation, which was discussed with Alpheios during a review workshop. The actual implementation was carried out in three short sprints. During the implementation, Xplore Group trained the key users, preparing them for the new environment.
